Technical disclosure · Service commitment

Evidence is separate from a guarantee.

Korve does not provide a contractual availability SLA at this time. Public health checks, resource states, benchmark results, recovery targets, and incident records are operating evidence. They do not create an uptime percentage, service-credit right, or support-time commitment.

What customers can inspect

  • The public health operation reports whether the control service can answer. It does not prove that every customer application or stateful resource is healthy.
  • Deployments, databases, caches, executions, recovery points, queues, cron runs, and alerts expose explicit state through the same typed API used by the dashboard, CLI, and agents.
  • Project metrics include runtime, HTTP, database, queue, cron, disk, memory, and network signals where the selected resource supports them.

Release evidence

  • Production release checks exercise website and API health, the public operation specification, metric queries, and authenticated regional backup capture and restore.
  • A passing release check is point-in-time evidence. It is not continuous availability monitoring and does not establish a monthly uptime percentage.
  • Published benchmark pages state their environment, sample count, method, and limits. Local measurements remain local measurements.

Application alerts

  • Customers can configure email, signed webhook, or chat alert channels for supported project signals.
  • Alert incidents have open, acknowledged, and resolved states. Cooldown and duration rules reduce duplicate notifications.
  • A customer alert channel is part of application operations. It is not a Korve support pager or a contractual incident-notification service.

No public status promise yet

This page does not link a public status service because Korve has not published a working status contract. It also does not promise a fixed update cadence, severity matrix, response window, maintenance allowance, or service credit. Those terms need a staffed operating process and an approved customer agreement before publication.
